We still don’t have a solid release date for the upcoming Air Jordan 6 Gatorade, but today we bring you what may be our best look yet at the shoe courtesy of some on-feet shots.
This new colorway of the Air Jordan 6 draws inspiration from Michael Jordan’s “Be Like Mike” Gatorade commercial that released back in 1991. The shoe features a Carmine-like setup but instead of using red it has been swapped out for Team Orange. Some of the finer details that bring the theme alive include the Gatorade lightning bolt on the lace lock that is meant to mimic the brand’s squeeze bottles, “If I Could Be” written inside the tongue, and Gatorade branded insoles. Black and green accents have been added for further contrast.
