Just unveiled last week, we now get an official look at the Air Jordan 2 WMNS Multicolor.
Official images give us a detailed look at all the features this bold iteration of the Air Jordan 2 has. Although Jordan Brand hasn’t really stated what the backstory is behind the colors used on the shoe, it sure does look like it could somehow be linked to some of Jordan’s biggest opponents, right?
The Air Jordan 2 WMNS Multicolor done an official color scheme listed as University Red, Black, and Court Purple, but a lot more colors are used on the shoe. Opting for a mismatched motif, the shoe is constructed out of panels that use quilted leather, basketball pebbled leather, and patent leather with perforations and suede overlays. A White midsole and Black rubber outsole attempt to tone things down a bit.
The Air Jordan 2 WMNS Multicolor has been met with some mixed reviews, but if the shoe has a cool backstory to make sense of all the colors, we’re certain more of us will be interested in getting a pair, don’t you think?
