The 30th anniversary of the Air Jordan 5 is this year, and an exclusive Off-White x Air Jordan 5 is dropping to celebrate the momentous occasion. Inspired by the OG Metallic Air Jordan 5, the model is elevated with a black textile mesh construction along with Off-White
’s signature “Shoelaces” branding on the laces, and 3M reflective tongues with red Jumpman logos. It’s also detailed with a synthetic circular overlay on the netted side panels, “23” branding on the ankles, speckling on the shark teeth-inspired shank on the midsole and a vintage style yellowed translucent outsole. The shoe will also come with three sets of laces done in White, Black and Red. A special box with holes in them similar to the Off-White x Nike Dunk box will also be included in the packaging.

Update: (11/20/2019) Our first look at this OFF-WHITE x Air Jordan 5 is rumored to be inspired by the OG Black Metallic colorway and features a black textile mesh construction on the upper along with with OfFF-WHITE’s signature “Shoelaces” branding on the laces, 3M reflective tongues with red Jumpman logos, and “23” branding on the ankles round out the most visible details from this early look.
Update: (9/28/2019) A mockup concept of the purported colorways are revealed.
