The Air Jordan 5 “What The” will be arriving at retailers overseas first this week, which will be followed by its stateside debut just a week later. Draped in Nike’s infamous “What The” mashup motif, colors and design elements from the AJ 5 “Tokyo,” “Shanghai,” “Raging Bull,” “Bel-Air,” “Laser,” “Green Bean,” “Army Olive” and “Quai 54” are notably evident throughout, and executed in a mismatched Yellow and Red finish for the right and left shoe, respectively.
Additionally, each heel bears a Japanese character and medallion embroidery from the “Tokyo 23” and “Shanghai” colorways, while other finishing touches consist of vibrant graphic lining from the “Bel-Air” and “Laser” AJ 5, alongside 3M reflective tongues and translucent netting on the sides to round out the style.
Retailing for $220 in adult sizes, look for this Air Jordan 5 at select Jordan Brand stockists overseas on November 7. The stateside release is set for November 12.
