The Air Jordan 1 Explorer is a model from the Reimagined Air Jordan 1 Collection. For those that don’t remember this collection was created by women from the Nike design team. The shoes are reinterpretations of the Air Jordan 1 that allowed the designers to think outside the box to create a look and feel we had never seen on the Air Jordan 1.
That said, two new colorways of the Air Jordan 1 Explorer have surfaced. Coming in your choice of Black or Olive, this iteration of the Air Jordan 1 comes with features that include a mesh upper, leather vamp, gusseted tongue, embroidered eyelets, ruched heel, heel pulls and rubber sole unit. The tonal look of the upper is offset by the Sail-colored sole units down low. No official release date has been announced but look for them to drop in the near future.
