April has arrived That means even more Air Jordan 1 High OG goodness is on the way. Not only are the Shadows rereleasing, but Jordan Brand is also expected to drop the limited Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG Homage To Home you see above.
New images of the shoe show that the new split-colorway of the model comes with a very soft-looking leather many people are comparing to the type of leather used on the Banneds (with X on the heel) from way back in the day.
According to Pinoe77, the Air Jordan 1 Homage To Home will be limited to only 2,300 pairs releasing to the public. Each pair will be numbered on the inside collar. We still don’t know how Nike will end up releasing the shoe, but regardless of how they end up doing it, you’re going to need luck on your side in order to pick up a pair.
This special version of the Air Jordan 1 combines two of the model’s most iconic color schemes to create a brand new finish. Combining the Chicago and Banned/Bred color blocking, the design of the shoe splits the classic color schemes right down the middle with the Chicago theme placed on the medial side and the Banned theme noted on the lateral side. A split-colored Nike Air is placed on the tongue, while a White midsole and Red outsole complete the look of the shoe.
Look for the Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG Homage To Home is set to release on April 21st for the retail price of $190. Who’s looking forward to this release.
