Back in January reports surfaced that there would be a Black/Court Purple colorway of the Air Jordan 4 releasing some time in April of this year. Well today we get our first actual look at the sneaker which is now being dubbed the NRG “Raptors” colorway.
This new colorway of the Air Jordan 4 takes on the colors of the Toronto Raptors retro uniforms and features a Black nubuck dominating the upper with University Red hitting the waffle eyelets, the inside of the tongue, and parts of the outsole. Court Purple is then spotted on the midsole, along with black speckling, while a black outsole wraps things up. From these images it’s tough to tell what color the Jumpman branding on the tongue and heel are, but more pictures of the shoe should reveal that soon.
