The Air Jordan 1 Satin edition dropped in “Bred” and “Royal” colorways back in 2016 and 2017. This time for 2018, the Air Jordan 1 Shattered Backboard will be getting that luxurious satin treatment next.
Initially released in 2015, the Air Jordan 1 Shattered Backboard (a never-before-seen colorway inspired by an exhibition game in Italy) became an instant classic. The shoe returns May 5 as the Air Jordan 1 Satin Shattered Backboard — in women’s sizing and using the same tumbled Sail leather on the mid-panel matched with new Starfish satin blocking and a translucent outsole. Additional details include Black leather overlays, an embroidered Black Swoosh, and a Sail midsole.
Ladies, this release is made exclusively for you but don’t think for one second that some of the fellas won’t be going after a pair.
