A Look The Jordan Brand Spring 2018 Retro Collection

Jordan Brand has officially unveiled some of their upcoming retro releases that make up their Spring Season Collection. This spring, Jordan Brand reimagines the Air Jordan I and Air Jordan 13 with new interpretations of classic colorways and reaches into the vault for previously-unreleased styles. In addition, special attention is granted to the Air Jordan 10, which celebrates its 23rd year in 2018.

Classic Colorways Reimagined

Air Jordan 13 Olive – Release Date: January 20, 2018

Made famous on the Air Jordan 9, the “Olive” colorway of the 13 swaps the model’s traditional tumbled leather upper for an all-suede construction. From the olive and black color blocking to the red accents on the tongue and outsole, the shoe then takes the famed Jordan makeup at every detail.

Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG Bred Toe – Release Date: February 24, 2018

Using an unmistakable combination of colors, this reinterpretation of the Air Jordan I “Bred” delivers a new colorway with an OG feel. It is highlighted by soft tumbled leather features, and is accentuated by the addition of Summit White.

Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG Game Royal – February 2018

Following the blueprint set on the classic Chicago colorway of the Air Jordan 1, this makeup complements the Game Royal and white dominated upper with black details, including the tongue, sock liner, Swoosh and Wings logo.

From The Vault

Air Jordan 18 OG Sport Royal – January 22, 2018

Retroing solo for the first time, the Air Jordan 18 comes dressed in white, metallic silver and Sport Royal. The shoe’s original tooling remains, but the leather has been upgraded.

Air Jordan 13 Hyper Royal – Release Date: March 3, 2018

Previously reserved only for Jordan Brand family members, the white, Hyper Royal, and black Air Jordan 13 comes out of the vault for its first ever public release. A spinoff of an OG colorway, this version swaps out red for Hyper Royal while maintaining details like a tumbled leather upper and suede midsole.

Air Jordan 9 Bred – Release Date: March 10, 2018

Another PE from the Jordan Brand family vault, the black and University Red Air Jordan 9 is highlighted by patent leather detailing on the upper. This sleek colorway is punctuated by its red accents.

Air Jordan 10 Cool Grey – Release Date: January 27, 2018

This version of the Air Jordan 10 adds color and context to the stories scripted on its outsole. The Air Jordan 10 outsole famously lists Michael Jordan’s early career achievements, and now, those words come to life by taking on the team colors of his opponents during those milestones, while the upper adopts Cool Grey for the second time in Air Jordan 10 history.

Air Jordan 10 I’m Back – Release Date: March 18, 2018

Michael Jordan was never supposed to play in the Air Jordan 10. In fact, its outsole design listed his career achievements as a tribute to the recently retired (at the time) superstar. That all changed on March 18, 1995 with a fax reading a straight-to-the-point declaration: “I’m Back.” Honoring that moment, this Air Jordan 10 comes dressed in a clean white and black colorway with “3.8.95” and “I’m Back” stitched in Infrared23 on the left and right heel tabs, respectively.
