Marcus Jordan’s Trophy Room will be soon be releasing another collaboration. This time on none other than the Air Jordan 1 High OG.
Dubbed the Trophy Room x Air Jordan 1 High OG “Freeze Out”, this colorway serves as a twist on the popular OG Chicago pair but with some minor tweaks and changes here and there. In a new video released by Trophy Room, they have revealed the inspiration for this colorway comes from the rumored freezing out of Michael Jordan by his teammates in the 1985 NBA All-Star Game. This Air Jordan 1 features white leather uppers that are complemented with subtly glittered red overlays. The traditional red stitching across its base has also been replaced with white for a pronounced touch, while the most notable highlight consists of MJ’s signature etched across the heels. Finally, translucent outsoles that reveal red and blue stars underneath, alongside “Trophy Room” patches sewn into the insoles round out the theme. The shoe is also limited to 12,000 pairs. Update (2/8/2021): It has been announced that the Trophy Room x Air Jordan 1 High OG “Freeze Out” will release February 10th via raffle form entry only from 10 AM EST to 11:30 AM EST on trophyroomstore.com. The shoes retail for $190 USD, hoodie for $120 USD, shorts for $75 USD, and tee for $50 USD.
Update (12/3/2020): The latest images show a ticket stub, which reads 02 Row/Box and 10 Seat, which is the date of Michael Jordan’s first NBA All-Star Game back in 1985. It could also suggest that the shoes may drop on February 10th, online and in-store at Trophy Room. Retail is set at $170.
Update (11/27/2020): New images show that the inside of the tongue tag suggests that only 12,000 pairs of the release will be up for grabs.
Update (11/3/2020): After getting our first early look at the shoe last week, there is now a huge update to report for the Trophy Room x Air Jordan 1 High OG. Marcus Jordan, the owner of Trophy Room, has announced on Twitter that “Trophy Room does not have a Jordan Brand collaboration slated for 2020” and that they will keep us updated.
Update (10/28/2020): The Trophy Room x Air Jordan 1 High OG is slated to release online and in-store at Trophy Room. The retail price tag is set at $170 USD.
