The Black Toe Air Jordan 1 is returning in 2019, but there’s a pretty big catch. The iconic OG Air Jordan 1 colorway isn’t coming back in the traditional all-leather look we’re used to, instead Jordan Brand is adding it to their always growing women’s-exclusive collection with some significant changes.
The OG colorway of the Air Jordan 1 gets a modern twist as the shoe comes constructed out of leather on the black and white portions of the sneaker while the red detailing on the ankle/heel takes on a satin makeup. Additional details include a blacked out metal Wings logo on the ankle, Nike Air branding on the tongue, a white midsole, and red rubber outsole.
