Jordan Brand just announced new release info for the upcoming Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG WMNS Panda. Officially named the Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG WMNS Twist, this women’s exclusive colorway of the Air Jordan 1 pays tribute to the 2019 Kentucky Derby taking placed this weekend.
Jordan Brand partnered with Lexington boutique store Oneness to bring the Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG WMNS Twist to Louisville’s biggest sport and culture moment of the year.
Dubbed the “shoe of the Derby,” the Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG WMNS Twist comes dressed in an OG White and Black color scheme and features a synthetic Black material and premium White leather.
In anticipation of the launch, Jordan Brand will transform Oneness into a must-attend consumer activation hub from Friday, May 3rd through Sunday, May 5th. Inspired by the Kentucky Derby, the space will feature a Black and White gallery highlighted by a contrasting red lit service space inspired by the winner’s circle roses. Attendees will be able to purchase a pair of the Air Jordan 1 Retro High OG WMNS Twist starting on Friday, May 3rd.
