The Air Jordan 9 UNC is part of this year’s Jordan Brand NBA All-Star Collection. Originally released in 2002 as a low-top, the Air Jordan 9 “Pearl” returns as a high-top for the first time.
Inspired by Michael Jordan’s alma mater of North Carolina, this colorway of the Air Jordan 9 features a White leather upper with dimples/perforations on the side panels. Midnight Navy patent leather is then seen on the mudguard as well as on the heel with additional Midnight Navy detailing on the inner liner and midsole. The UNC vibes are completed by way of the University Blue accents seen on the branding on the tongue, midsole, heel, insole, and outsole.
The Air Jordan 9 UNC is currently expected to release on February 9th for $190.
