One month after its initial leak, here is our latest look at the fast-approaching Air Jordan 5 NRG Fresh Prince. This new modified version of the Air Jordan 5 is inspired by the Fresh Prince of Bel Air.
This Air Jordan 5 opts for an Air Jordan 5 Grape color scheme as White, Grape Ice, Black, and New Emerald can all be found on the leather shoe. What really gives the shoe the Fresh Prince vibes is the decision to remove the customary lacing system by sealing the lace holes, resulting in a slip-on design, much like how Will used to wear them during your favorite 90’s sitcom. Other details on the shoe include the “West Philadelphia” text underneath the tongue, Nike Air branding on the heels and Fresh Prince inspired insoles. Look for the Air Jordan 5 NRG Fresh Prince to debut on September 25th.
